Upcycled Rosette — Design & Creation
Turn meaningful flat ribbons into a beautifully reimagined rosette. Our upcycling process preserves the memory of each win while creating something new made with professional craftsmanship.
This deposit reserves your spot for an upcycled, made-to-order rosette and is applied to your final total (billed after design approval).
Important: This listing is for upcycling only. For rosettes made from new ribbon, please use our standard custom listing.
How Upcycling Is Different
Upcycled materials weren’t designed to be rebuilt, so:

Fraying, stains, glue, or weak areas may be present

Some ribbons may not survive trimming

Portions may need to be removed for structure
-
Blending with new ribbon is recommended for stability
Our goal is always to preserve as much as possible without compromising the final piece.
You’ll complete an intake jot form and sign a release acknowledging these factors.
After You Book
You’ll receive access to our Upcycling JotForm to share:

Scrap return preferences

Blending preferences (old + new materials)

Any special considerations or concerns
You’ll also sign a release confirming that some material loss is normal and not all ribbons can be reused.
How Many Ribbons to Send
Quantity depends on size and design (all-upcycled vs blended vs accent use).
Highly detailed (“fussy cut”) designs require significantly more—often double.

Tip: Always send extra for flexibility. Unused pieces can be returned if requested.
Timing & Availability
Projects are scheduled in batches. Your deposit reserves a production month, not a specific date.
If marked “Unavailable,” that batch is full. Please check back or follow our Facebook/VIP group for openings.

Pricing
Based on our standard rosette catalog, plus a typical ~$10 upcycling fee.
Some projects cost less (reused materials); others may cost more due to labor and stabilization. Can be made for use in a shadowbox or with streamers.

Cancellations
If your form is not submitted at least 45 business days after deposit is made, your order may be canceled and the deposit is non-refundable.
